Office Closure
Our dedicated team will be taking a well-deserved break, and our office will be closed from 4:00 PM on Wednesday 24 December 2025, reopening at 9:00 AM on Monday 5 January 2026. While we recharge, the team will not be available to respond to calls and emails, but we assure you that we'll promptly address any queries or concerns upon our return.

Leasing Enquiries
We will not show properties from Wednesday 24 December 2025. Our leasing inspections will resume from Saturday 3 January 2026. For any leasing queries, feel free to email leasing@ljhvicpark.com.au and a member of our staff will respond to you once we return.
New Business Enquiries
If you own a rental property and would like a rental appraisal, you can contact Tom Brown at newrentals@ljhvicpark.com.au or 0407 722 867 and Tom will address any questions or appraisal requests during business hours.
Sales
For any enquiries relating to a current sale please contact your sales representative directly. If you have any further sales-related enquiries , kindly email sales@ljhvicpark.com.au, and a member of our staff will respond to you from Monday January 5 2026.
Strata
Our Strata Department will be closed from Friday 19 December 2025 and will return Tuesday 6 January 2026. Please direct all correspondence to strata@ljhvicpark.com.au for our Strata Manager Jeet to action upon his return.
In the event of urgent works required, please refer to the email communication sent to you for complex specific items. If you have contacted a contractor to attend to urgent works, please send an email to Jeet and include photos and descriptions of any issues / any repairs you have actioned and include a copy of the invoice for review if you believe this is a Strata responsibility. Please ensure your email includes the property address, the date of the incident, a summary of the incident, and photos of any damages.
