Strata Management

LJ Hooker Victoria Park has been in existence for approximately 40 years and was purchased by David and Paula Lagrenade in 2003. In 2019 we purchased and amalgamated the LJ Hooker Belmont office into our group, re-branding as LJ Hooker Victoria Park | Belmont (WA).

Having been involved in management of Strata and Commercial properties since 1989 Paula’s experience
includes the setup, leasing, sales and ongoing management of a number of complexes. Some of the initial
properties are still managed by LJ Hooker Victoria Park | Belmont (WA) today.

LJ Hooker Victoria Park | Belmont (WA) acknowledges that strata management is a specialised field, and as such, we aim to provide a specialised service for both residential and commercial strata properties. More owners recognise that strata management requires not only a thorough understanding of the Strata Titles Act but also an understanding of the owners' expectations. Owner-occupiers and investors need to be able to enjoy the benefits of living in and owning a strata development, with competent strata managers helping to maintain the common areas, financial records, and enforce the by-laws.
